The fat blocks placed on the melting serpentines are melted with hot water passing through the serpentines and stored in the tank. With the melting coils designed as triangles, the oil blocks are heated from two surfaces and the melting process is realized in a shorter time.

With the walled structure of the chocolate oil melting tank, the melted oil is automatically maintained at the set temperature. Hot water circulates between the melting coils, walled boiler, walled product pump, and walled transfer pipes.

Molten product transfer is optionally made with a stainless valve or walled pump. The pump stops automatically after the amount of product is transferred with the loadcell weighing group placed on the feet of the boiler.
